Our customer is important to us. All products are well designed and manufactured in Germany. It can happen that parts get damaged being shipped over to the USA and to our customers. In this case, we would ask to send us an email with pictures and we will decide how to replace damaged parts.

We offer customized laser engraving and always improve our products. Customized items are not able to be returned. The time for customizing parts will be communicated with the customer after the order. We will work closely together with the customer to exceed his expectations.

Privacy & Safety is not collecting any data in the background. If you place an order we will make sure to work up the incoming orders and won't use your information after the declared period to return purchased items.
